We normally wouldn't post dark, blurry pictures but these kids need some recognition! Cross Country practice this morning was EARLY and yet we had kids out here getting their work in! We sure are proud of our hard working Mustangs!

Sophomore David Pantoja ran a 5 mile race in Lubbock today and finished with a time of 36:45! David is running Cross Country for the Mustangs this year and is getting all the preparation for the upcoming season that he can. We are proud of you David!
If you did not stay and fill out your registration papers on Wednesday, please bring them with your student for the 1st day of school on Monday (August 12th).
Football practice tonight will be from 7:00-9:30PM. Be to the locker room around 6:45 PM please.
**REMINDER**
Tonight is our Mustang Round-Up Registration night! Be here from 5-7 PM to re-new your students paperwork or register your new student. You can also meet your teachers and see your classrooms! The Board of Trustees will be serving hotdogs, chips and lemonade. Our cheer teams will be selling discount cards for their fundraiser. There will be backpacks with supplies available for the students. Please come to Central office through the side doors and beware of our construction in the front. Side doors are going to be open for traffic through the buildings.
We are excited to see you all this evening!
**CROSS COUNTRY**
Practice this week will be 7:30-8:30 AM. Tomorrow (8/6) please meet at the park (track). Football players that are doing Cross Country SHOULD also be there.
Coach Kelly will be there to get this season started!

Our cheerleaders completed their first day of cheer camp today! They are ready to grow, learn, and glow for Wilson ISD!
We have had a good group of athletes here consistently showing up to workout this summer! There is ONE MORE DAY left until the athletics break before Two-A-Days start so get out here and make it count! Junior High is welcome! 6-730 PM.
