Job Description:
Wilson ISD is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 2nd Grade Teacher to join our elementary team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive classroom environment, deliver engaging instruction, and support the academic and social growth of students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned with district and state standards

• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment

• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents

• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to support student success

• Maintain classroom management and positive student relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

• Valid Texas teaching certification (EC–6 or appropriate grade level)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to student success and professional growth
