Homecoming is EARLY this year. September 5th!
So we are getting prepared early for our Homecoming Festivities.
On September 4th we will have our parade, pep rally and bonfire to celebrate our favorite part of fall.
With this plan, we need your help! If you would like to be in the parade you are free to join in. A car, truck, golf cart, tractor, motorcycle, four wheeler...anything you would like to decorate and throw some candy from!
For the bonfire, we need things to burn! Anything that is not "long burning" like solid logs is welcome to be burned. There is a spot on the map for where to drop burn items but call first so that we know you're here.

Mrs. Josey's Forensics class (Seniors) did their "Who stole the lunch" lab today. After exploring the evidence, it was determined, Mrs. JOSEY stole the lunch!

With the addition of volleyball this year the concession stand is in need of parent/community volunteers. Below is a link to a sign up sheet for concession volunteers. Your support is much appreciated!

Wilson ISD will be rolling out the Little Mustangs program this year for the fall. This is a program that matches a Little Mustang with a Big Mustang. Purchase of the shirt is $16 and includes admission to all home games. They will also get to participate in special Little/Big Mustang events and opportunities. We may have the Monday off of school but we DO have TWO Junior High Volleyball games at 5:00 and 6:00 P.M in the New Gym! Junior Class will be there for concession serving up juicy burgers, nachos, pizza rolls, popcorn chicken and their famous snow cones!

Tonight we host our first junior high volleyball games starting at 5:00 pm. Every student at Wilson ISD will get into all home games for all extracurricular events for free. Elementary students received a complimentary "The Mustang Card" at open house. High School students can get theirs at the front office if they have not already done so. The Mustang Card can be purchased by nonstudents for $25 at the concession stand. We also would like to remind everyone that we do accept debit and credit cards at the gate and the concession stand. We look forward to seeing everyone this evening.

We are ready for the first day of school tomorrow! Breakfast begins at 7:30 A.M and the tardy bell rings at 8:00 A.M. School is dismissed at 4:00 P.M
Elementary will have breakfast in the cafeteria and Secondary can eat in the admin building as usual.

Wilson ISD will be happy to welcome all our students and families to enjoy a Back to School Night! On Friday August 8th from 5-6:30p the campus will be open, and all teachers will be on site to kick off the new year. Secondary students will be able to receive their schedule if their parents have turned in their registration paperwork.
At 6:30 we invite you all to meet in the New Gym for our annual "Meet the Mustangs" presentation. You can meet our Volleyball, Cross Country, Football and Cheer teams to get excited for the Fall Athletics season to come.

Come fill out your student(s) paperwork to register for the new school year! Meet Mrs. Zaragoza at your convenience in the admin building from 1:00-6:00 P.M. This year we are going to handle the paperwork on August 1st and the fun of a Back-to-school night on August 8th. Please come with any documentation needed and your patience. See you then!
It's about that time! Here are our fall athletics schedules (cross country is coming). Get ready to come and cheer on our Mustang athletes!
Mandatory Breakfast and Banners for any girl athletes that want to play any sports this year for both JH and HS. Bring any materials you have to make posters for our gym. Bring a favorite breakfast food/juice to share with your teammates. This will be Monday, July 28th from 9-12.
