The Varsity football team had their first scrimmage on Friday at Whiteface. They also faced Petersburg. The boys looked good and are ready for their next scrimmage on Friday at WILSON! This is going to serve as our Meet the Mustangs. 5PM.

FYI: The athletic photos that were taken yesterday have very affordable packages for purchase but the best prices on the packages are only available for 7 days. If you want to order the pictures of your player or the team I suggest doing it ASAP for the best price.

Sophomore David Pantoja ran a 5 mile race in Lubbock today and finished with a time of 36:45! David is running Cross Country for the Mustangs this year and is getting all the preparation for the upcoming season that he can. We are proud of you David!
If you did not stay and fill out your registration papers on Wednesday, please bring them with your student for the 1st day of school on Monday (August 12th).
Football practice tonight will be from 7:00-9:30PM. Be to the locker room around 6:45 PM please.
**REMINDER**
Tonight is our Mustang Round-Up Registration night! Be here from 5-7 PM to re-new your students paperwork or register your new student. You can also meet your teachers and see your classrooms! The Board of Trustees will be serving hotdogs, chips and lemonade. Our cheer teams will be selling discount cards for their fundraiser. There will be backpacks with supplies available for the students. Please come to Central office through the side doors and beware of our construction in the front. Side doors are going to be open for traffic through the buildings.
We are excited to see you all this evening!
**CROSS COUNTRY**
Practice this week will be 7:30-8:30 AM. Tomorrow (8/6) please meet at the park (track). Football players that are doing Cross Country SHOULD also be there.
