This week, WISD will have school Tuesday-Friday. Parents and students, remember classes start at 7:45 am, please have your child at school between 7:20 am-7:40 am.
For the safety of all our students, parents that pick up their child/children at the end of school, please go through the car line. We do not want students running across the parking lot. Thank you for your understanding.

Middle School/High School Dance
Just a reminder that WISD has school on Friday, 3/25, this week. We are gearing up for our STAAR tests that are coming soon.
The Middle School/High School dance that was planned for tonight has been postponed due to the weather. The plans are to reschedule for March 26th.
We do have school this Friday, March 11 th. It is an early release day, so we will release students at 12:30.
School will start at 9:45 this morning. All students will report to 1st period.
Due to poor driving, Wilson ISD will have a 2 hour delay. Buses will also run 2 hours later. Elementary students will go to the elementary. Dress warm today.
Tomorrow, 2-23-22, is the 100th day of school. Students/Staff can dress up like elderly people if they want to. We are 100 days smarter!!!
Tomorrow is 2-22-22, we invite kids and staff to celebrate this day by wearing something that starts with the letter "T". The picture attached gives you some ideas.

WISD is excited to announce the Wilson ISD Event Planning Committee. This committee will be for anyone, staff or parents, wanting to help with planning student body events. We will have a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 5:15 in central office. Great things are happening at WISD, come join us!

Miss Phillips 1st grade class participated in Texas Tech's K-12 Global Education Outreach program on Lunar New Year. They learned about Lunar New Year traditions in China, red envelopes, created a dragon mask and participated in a dragon dance.

The elementary dance that was schedule for tonight is being reschedule to next week on Saturday the 12th from 5-6:30. The secondary dance will still take place at 7-9. Tickets can be bought for $5 from Vondi or Tiffany. Sorry for the inconvenience. .
