From DSHS

From the Texas Department of State Health Services:

A student that is currently enrolled at your school and is physically on your campus should meet one of the following criteria:

  • Up to date on ALL Immunizations
  • Have a Conscientious/Medical Exemption on file
  • Be provisionally Enrolled for 30 days.

Texas state law states that if a student does not fall into one of the above criteria, that student cannot be at school until the documentation is received.

If the student does not have all the necessary vaccines as of Thursday, October 5th- they are not allowed to be at school.

If you have any questions concerning the status of your child’s immunization records then please contact Mrs. Cross(elementary) or Mrs. Zaragoza(secondary) @ 806-628-6261 for more information.
